At Evarah, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, items may be returned under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

- All original tags must be attached.

2. Return Process:

- Contact our customer service team at Customerservice@evarah.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

- Delivery charges are non-refundable.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

- Custom-tailored suits and altered garments are non-returnable, as they are personalised to your specifications.

- Items damaged due to improper handling or not meeting the above return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Additional Notes:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
