- Standard Tailoring Service: A 14-day turnaround time applies to this service.

- Premium Tailoring Service: Turnaround time ranges from 48 hours to 1 week, depending on customization and workload.

- Alterations Service: This service is available only for suits originally tailored by us, with prices varying based on the type of alteration.

3. Payment and Confirmation

- Tailoring charges are separate from suit purchase costs and will vary based on the service selected.

- Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received.

- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, outlining service details and estimated completion times.

4. Non-Refundable Services

- Tailoring and alteration services are non-refundable, as they involve custom modifications to the garment.

5. Delivery

- Once tailoring is complete, you will be notified via email. Suits will be shipped based on your selected option.

- Delivery charges may apply for shipped orders and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Customer Responsibility

- Customers must ensure that all measurements provided are accurate and complete.

- We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

- We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays, supply chain issues, or other external factors beyond our control.
