  • Yes, custom-tailored suits and altered garments are non-returnable, as they are personalised to your specifications.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
